GRUB entries not showing up on boot menu

When installing Arch Linux , I noticed that GRUB entires does not show up on the boot menu with my motherboard To fix this , use the --removable flag when installing GRUB. This flag will install GRUB to esp/EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI

Issue likely caused by broken NVRAM implementation.
